In the alternate universe of my mind, Hillary Clinton’s second term has just ended and the women she empowered continue to bring health and prosperity to a nation in which climate change damage is mitigated, education is affordable, Roe v. Wade is still the law of the land, marriage is there for anyone who wants it, and asylum-seekers are welcomed, while Hillary writes her next book, which is not about losing an election to a pathetic man-child with delusions of dictatorship, in a cozy nook in Chappaqua, her husband beside her, daily achieving Queen Bee in the New YorkTimes.
